Refund & Return Policy

At Sahayat Perfume, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality fragrances and ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we only accept returns for items that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrect items received
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Period
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
- Opened or used perfume products
- Products purchased during sales or promotional events
- Orders returned without prior approval
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
